Overview
KaireonAI is proprietary, commercially licensed software. Access is granted under a subscription: you get the right to use the hosted service (and, on Enterprise, to run a licensed on-prem instance) — not to own, copy, or redistribute the software itself. Every paid plan is feature-complete: plans differ by decision volume and operational isolation, not by which scoring engines, experiments, journeys, triggers, or connectors you can use.Start on the free Playground to evaluate the platform before you buy, then
pick a plan that matches your monthly decision volume. See Deployment
options for how each plan is operated.
Plans
A decision is counted each time the Recommend API returns a non-empty
recommendation set. Empty results (no offers qualified) do not count against
your allowance. Contact sales@kaireonai.com for
Dedicated and Enterprise pricing.
What every plan includes
Every plan — free trial through Enterprise — ships the complete platform. There are no feature gates, add-on modules, or per-feature license keys; plans meter decision volume, not capability.License terms (summary)
Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use KaireonAI for your own internal business purposes, subject to your plan’s decision allowance. This is a plain-language summary; the binding terms are in your commercial subscription agreement. You may:- Access the platform through the UI, REST API, MCP server, and official SDKs.
- Process your own customer data and integrate KaireonAI with your systems.
- Run a licensed on-prem instance on the Enterprise plan, within the scope of your agreement.
- Copy, publish, distribute, or sublicense the KaireonAI software or its source.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source or underlying models, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, rent, or provide the platform as a service to third parties without a written reseller agreement.
- Exceed your plan’s metered decision volume, remove or alter product notices, or circumvent usage metering or access controls.
Playground trial limits
The hosted Playground atplayground.kaireonai.com is a free, shared
sandbox for evaluating the platform before you buy. It enforces a 5,000
lifetime decision cap per workspace to manage shared-infrastructure costs.
- Decisions are counted each time the Recommend API returns a non-empty recommendation set. Empty results do not count.
- The cap is lifetime, not monthly — it does not reset automatically.
- Playground workspaces run on shared infrastructure and are intended for evaluation, not production traffic.
Workspace reset
If you exhaust your 5,000 trial decisions, you can reset your workspace from Settings > General > Reset Workspace. This clears all data (schemas, offers, flows, interaction history) and resets your decision counter to zero.Approaching the limit
When your workspace reaches 95% of the 5,000 trial cap (4,750 decisions), the Recommend API response includes awarning: true field in the quota metadata.
Monitor this field in your integration to anticipate the limit.
