Kaireon includes a built-in AI assistant that understands the platform and can help you build, configure, and troubleshoot your decisioning setup. Open it with Cmd+I (macOS) or Ctrl+I (Windows/Linux).Capabilities

Context Routing
The assistant automatically adapts to your current page. When you’re on the Data module, it prioritizes data tools. On the Studio, it focuses on offer and flow management. This makes interactions more relevant and efficient.Supported Providers

Security
- Prompt injection defense — User messages are sanitized before processing
- PII redaction — Sensitive data is stripped from messages
- RBAC — Viewer role or above required
- Rate limiting — 30 requests per minute per user
- Tenant scoping — Assistant only accesses data within your tenant
- Audit logging — All interactions are logged
